Brahma Rangoju creates wonderful artistic comets of profound beauty which, upon their passing through viewer’s mind and heart via visual consumption and slow soulful absorption, forever change the consumer’s inner relief. His possesses intense passion for life, nature and all the creations of our universe which obviously leave an acute mark on his artistic being. Brahma bears bona fide love for color and uses paint with ferocious intensity, channeling fire in his belly which burns in admiration of human and animal form, nature’s power and spirituality. He often tickles the viewer with ardent action on his canvas which demands able involvement of viewer’s heart and mind when consuming his work. European Cubism and Expressionism collide in his abstract forms, however this man from India is always true to his roots – the place where soul and mind are by default free to roam and colors are on fire. However universal his form of inspiration may be for artists anywhere, Brahma’s paintings are uniquely Indian yet highly cosmopolitan.
